GridExtract is a service that automatically extracts tables from PDF files using advanced OCR and AI technology. We offer the highest accuracy in the industry for table extraction, converting PDFs into Excel, CSV, JSON, and XML formats.

**Supported Languages:**

- Latin-based alphabets with accented characters

**Not Currently Supported:**
- Asian languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean)
- Arabic/Hebrew (right-to-left scripts)
- Cyrillic alphabets (Russian, Ukrainian)

## Accuracy & Quality

- **English documents**: 95-100% accuracy
- **Latin-script languages**: 90-100% accuracy
- **Handwritten text**: 70-100% accuracy (depends on clarity)
- **Minimum requirement**: 150 DPI (300 DPI recommended for best results)
- **Maximum resolution**: 10,000x10,000px

GridExtract offers flexible monthly plans based on page volume:

All plans include:
- Access to all output formats
- No hidden fees or extra charges
- Cancel, upgrade, or downgrade anytime
- No credit card required for free tier

**Note**: Page credits are simple—a 10-page PDF uses 10 page credits. Credits are charged for all pages, including those without tables.

## Technical Limitations

- Maximum file size: 30 MB
- Maximum pages per document: 200 pages
- Monthly page limits based on subscription plan
- Cursive handwriting not recommended
- Tables embedded in complex graphics may have reduced accuracy

GridExtract is an **EU-based company** compliant with GDPR and strict data protection laws:
